Are you someone who is energetic, loves to have fun and wants to make a positive impact in the lives of kids in your community? If so, you may be a perfect fit at Little Land. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Pediatric Speech Therapist! 

Job Description and Expectations 

As a member of our Speech Therapy team, you will: 

  • Conduct individual assessments of speech/language and oral motor development. 
  • Work with family and care givers to help children reach potential and incorporate strategies in daily routines. 
  • Supervise Speech Therapy Assistant(s) as necessary 
  • Complete documentation to support the delivery of Speech Therapy services. 
  • Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record. 
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards. 
  • Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge. 

Qualifications 

  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current State of Texas License to practice Speech Therapy 
  • At least one year of experience with pediatric populations 

Compensation 

This position is compensated $75.00 per initial evaluation, $60.00 per re-evaluation, $50.00 per treatment hour, and $30.00 per hour for required training and meetings.
